kkfbf's Responsible Gaming Policy
kkfbf believes that entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it is experienced in a controlled and mindful way. Our safe gaming tools and guidelines keep you protected.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming is an entertainment activity that, when enjoyed properly, brings fun and excitement. However, for some people it can become a problem. kkfbf always places the protection of our players as the highest priority. Responsible gaming is not just about limiting the amount you bet — it is also about staying aware of your feelings, time, and money.
We believe that every player has the ability to set their own limits. kkfbf provides various tools and support to strengthen that ability. We are always by your side on your responsible gaming journey.
Remember — gaming is for adults only. To participate on kkfbf, you must be 21 years of age or older. Keeping minors away from this platform is both the responsibility of every family and our shared responsibility.
Our Safe Gaming Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set the maximum deposit amount yourself on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately — it can only be increased after a 7-day review period.
Time-Out
If you want to take a break, temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in or place any bets.
Self-Exclusion
If gaming goes out of control, you can close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once this decision takes effect, it cannot be reversed before the set period ends.
Betting History Review
You can view a detailed history of all your bets, deposits, and withdrawals at any time. Review your spending patterns and make informed decisions.
Session Alerts
If you play for a long time, you will receive automatic alerts at set intervals reminding you how long you have been playing. This is effective for building healthy gaming habits.
Expert Support
If you have any questions about responsible gaming, contact our 24/7 Bengali live chat support team. We will assist you without judgment.
21+ Age Limit and Self-Assessment
For Ages 21+ Only
kkfbf strictly prohibits account registration and gaming for anyone under 21 years of age. To verify age, we review identity documents at the time of registration. Anyone who registers with false information will have their account permanently closed and funds deposited may be forfeited.
If there are minors in your household, use a password on your device and keep the site out of their reach. Using parental control software is also an effective approach.
Ask Yourself — Is Your Gaming Under Control?
- Do you keep playing repeatedly to try to recover money you have lost?
- Is gaming affecting your family, work, or studies?
- Are you spending more time or money than you planned?
- Are you hiding your gaming from people close to you?
- Are you gaming with borrowed or loaned money?
- Do you feel restless or anxious when you cannot play?
If the answer to one or more of the questions above is "yes", please contact our support team. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness — it is an act of courage.
How to Set Limits and Time-Outs
Deposit Limit
Go to your account settings and enter the "Responsible Gaming" section. There, set separate upper limits for daily, weekly, and monthly deposits. Changes that reduce the amount take effect immediately; increasing the limit requires a 7-day wait.
Loss Limit
Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period (daily / weekly / monthly). Once that amount is reached, the account will automatically stop accepting bets.
Activate Time-Out
Select the Time-Out option from your account settings. You can choose any duration — 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. During this time all promotions and marketing messages will also be paused.
Self-Exclusion Process
For permanent or long-term self-exclusion, contact us directly via live chat or send an email to [email protected]. Our team will complete the process within 24 hours.
Account Verification
Complete the KYC verification process to confirm your identity and age. This protects your account from unauthorized access and ensures secure transactions.
Support Team Assistance
Even if you are not comfortable talking about gaming problems, our specially trained support team will assist you with complete confidentiality. We are always ready on 24/7 Bengali live chat.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
The most important aspect of responsible gaming is mindset. View gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a way to earn money. Before playing on kkfbf, set a budget for yourself and commit to never spending beyond that budget under any circumstances.
Keep a cool head after a loss. Chasing losses — placing more bets to try to recover money you have lost — is a dangerous habit. Remember that every game is independent and previous results do not influence the next result.
Gaming should never be a way to reduce stress, depression, or loneliness. If you are turning to gaming because of emotional problems, speak with a professional mental health service or someone you trust.
Keep track of your time. Take regular breaks after long sessions, spend time with family and friends, and continue participating in other hobbies and activities. A balanced lifestyle is the foundation of responsible gaming.
kkfbf encourages all players to act quickly if signs of a problem appear. Problems are easier to resolve while they are still small. Our responsible gaming tools are free and always available — simply go to your account settings or contact support.
