1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To claim this bonus, the combined total of the bonus amount and the original deposit must be wagered 25 times (25x).

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus. To withdraw the total of ৳2,000 you must place total bets of ৳50,000 (৳2,000 × 25).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own validity period and usage conditions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or device.
• If the conditions of any promotion are not met, the bonus will be considered void.

4.3 VIP Program

The kkfbf VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Tier advancement is determined based on a user's regular gaming activity and contribution to the platform. VIP members receive additional benefits and exclusive offers.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Commitment
